NEW WEBSHOP, BETTER DEALS!

URGENT UPDATE 18/10/2022

Dear customers,

Last Friday we launched our new e-commerce platform. There are 2 specific questions we receive a lot, which we would like to address.

1. I cannot login or activate my account, what do I do?

An activation email with a special link that is needed to set up and activate your new account and password was sent to all accounts last Friday. In case you haven't received this email, please reach out to info@4phones.eu, the chat on the webshop or your account manager for personal assistance. We will check your account and resend the invitation email.

2. I have a business outside of the Netherlands, inside the EU with the special TAX Exempt rule applied. In my new account it seems this rule is not set up correctly, how can we resolve this?

In this case you need to contact us with your account details via info@4phones.eu, the chat on the webshop, or your account manager for personal assistance. We have noticed this special tax setting has not been registered correctly for some customers. We will manually verify your tax number and configure the tax exemption rule in your account.

We are very excited to announce that the new 4Phones webshop will be active Friday October the 14th. 

Why did we change the web? 

Your purchasing experience is very important to us and we want to make things as simple as possible for you. 

In this new version of the webshop, you'll find the same products that we had before, but a better experience at purchasing. Also, expect to find new discounts, surprises and of course, better deals! ;-)

How to activate my old account and start buying in the new 4Phones webshop?

As easy as checking your inbox.

You should have received and e-mail with a request to activate your account and set up a new password on the 14/10/2022. If you can't seem to find it, (not even in the spam box) please let us know, we will gladly send you a new request.  

Will I keep all my information?

Your account information will be exactly the same you used in the older webshop, but your order and RMA history was not migrated. If you want this information, you can always ask for it to your Account Manager. We are glad to help you.
